Modern lofts could be found in any contemporary megalopolis. Seattle is one of those cities and Mosler Lofts is a great example of the 150 loft designs located near the historically vibrant city’s center. From inside to out, the project includes a number of green features which have managed to won some prestige awards. There are as one as two-bedroom units with natural ventilation, 10-foot ceilings and windows that maximize natural light. The roof of the 12-store building is also green because it filters rainwater and provides enough space for a solar array. It’s also a beautiful gathering place. LED lights are used for a variety of exterior lighting. Everything that makes these lofts one of the first LEED-awarded condominium in Seattle.
